Job Details Roofing Works Supervisor£35,000 - £40,000Midlands We are working with a large well established building maintenance and fabric company.Manage the daily, on-site activities of our in-house team delivering PPM (planned preventative maintenance) roof gutter cleaning contract and roofing maintenance works. Via a hands-on approach, ensure daily objectives and expected schedule timelines are met and delivered along with associated documentation to the highest standard. Ensure daily compliance with all aspects of health and safety, including POWRA s and permits to work. Fulfil all planned and reactive works that accompany the contract. Carry out roofing surveys/conditions reports to generate accurate quotations and diagnose problems. Build on existing relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and enhance company reputation. Work closely with internal support team to drive performance. Key stakeholder engagement, ensure all (internal and external) stakeholders are sufficiently informed. Ensure compliance against all works specific documentation, RAMS, planning and site bookings and toolbox talks. Manage on call requirement to comply with contract SLA s. Responsibilities Manage the onsite activities of our in-house team of roofing technicians to deliver PPM and reactive works across our large customer estate.
