Role DescriptionEffectively manages staffing and machine resources to ensure the production unit achieves all of its associated production objectives, including but not limited to, production scheduling, quality levels, productivity, factory responsiveness, work-in-process inventory, and cost.Manages (develops and executes) an effective Tooling Program.Manages (develops and executes) an effective Repair and Maintenance Plan.Drives and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, including leadership to others. Effectively implements continuous improvement efforts with the goal of improving quality, reducing cost and improving overall performance.
