Premier Work Support are currently recruiting a 12 month maternity cover for an Entry-Level Accounts Assistant role to work for our client, a specialist manufacturing company, in the Crayford area. This is a Part-time Fixed Term Contract.About the roleThe ideal candidate is a trusted, highly dependable and organised individual who strives for accuracy. As a Entry-Level Accounts Assistant, you will report to the Financial Controller and will be supported by the Management Accountant to deliver your objectives. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales Ledger InvoicingChecking Supplier statementsAssist in a month end and year end close proceduresEnsure accurate information is kept on accounts contacts for Sales and Purchase ledgerAdministration requirements such as answering the phone, posting, typing and orderingReconciling bank and petty cashProcessing statements and remittance advicesWhat we offer25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPrivate healthcare including Dental and OpticalPension schemeCasual working environmentEmployee Assistance programmeAs much tea and coffee as you can consumeWorking hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm (20 hours per week). ..... full job details .....
