My client based in Southampton are currently looking to recruit a Health and Safety and ESG Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The salary on offer is up to £60,000 depending on your experience. We are looking for someone with experience in the FM industry. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HandS with a background in Manufacturing/Engineering or Machinery. There will be a small amount of travel occasionally, so your own transport will be required. The Health, Safety and ESG Manager will be accountable for defining and managing the end-to-end approach to health and safety across the fleet, employees and premises along with driving the ESG strategy across the business. This would include creating and managing policies and ensuring management systems are tracking progress.
