The Accounts Assistant will be assisting the Finance team with accounting support such as; invoicing, reconciliations, bookkeeping, financial reports, supplier payments etc but also assist with the running of the offices and facilities.Salary: 30-38KLocation: Hybrid working - 3 days office based - parking onsiteHours: 9-5.30 Monday to FridayAccounts and Office Assistant duties:Timely payment of invoices from the different company officesHandling and resolving any invoice queries Raising of supplier and customer invoicesBank and cash reconciliations on a daily, weekly and monthly basisReconciliation of intercompany accountsCredit card reconciliations and allocationsPrepare financial reports for managementAllocation and reconciliation of Customer Receipts and processing refundsCredit card and balance sheet reconciliationsOversee the facilities of the two offices; manage Utilities and review consumption, IT equipment, waste management etcSkills and experience:Proven Accounts Assistant / Finance support / Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant type experience as well and office supportExperience of multi-currency transactionsAAT qualifiedMust be highly organised and excellent attention to detailMorgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.Morgan McKinley encourages applications from all qualified candidates who ..... full job details .....
