Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants, identifying new business opportunities. Efficient Issue Resolution: Address maintenance, legal, and tenant-related issues swiftly and professionally. Refurbishment Advocacy: Promote our refurbishments team to improve the quality of our portfolio. Compliance: Stay up to date with property management legislation and ensure compliance across the portfolio.
