MandE Project Planner - Top Tier Building Services Contractor - Newtownabbey Your new company An established building services contractor who specialises in the design, supply and installation of a wide range of off-site prefabricated solutions for the commercial MandE sectors throughout UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to integrate a MandE Project Planner to support their Commercial and Contracts departments.Your new role The successful candidate will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders in order to manage projects ranging in value from £1M - £20M per project. Be the go-to person and focal point within the business for Project programmes.Alongside the Operations Team, develop strategic programmes for each phase of Projects: Pre-construction, Delivery and Commissioning.Liaise with Estimating Department in assessing programme related Tender Documentation.Liaise with Commercial Department on Subcontract Packages.Work alongside site-based teams to update programmes based on true progress.Attend client programme meetings where required.Undertake risk analysis of live programmes to support Commercial and Operations teams.Review implications of programme change/slippage and, where necessary, create recovery programmes.Prepare monthly Programme Performance Reports for review with Senior Management.
