This role is part of a Hays Exclusive campaign with one of our key clients, a Children''s Residential Service based in South West London.Your new company This is a 5-bed home, supporting 11-17 year olds with EBD, and have recently been able to maintain capacity for 5 young people. The home is also mixed gendered, and has typically had a mix of 2-3 females or 2-3 males at any given time. Most of the young people have free time for themselves out in the community, and rarely require 1:1 support. However, most of the young people require support to access education, and all of the young people require staff support whilst out in the community to spend and manage their allowances. The needs tend to be more of the ''traditional'' needs within residential care, and the therapeutic approaches to managing and understanding these risks is key.
