Join us as a Female Waking Nights Specialist Support Worker, where you''ll provide crucial support to our young female residents, aged 18-25, including care leavers and ex-offenders, helping them move towards independent living. A Typical Night in the Role Your shift will start with a comprehensive handover from the day team, preparing you for the night ahead. You ll then conduct patrols to ensure the building is safe, and that residents are following tenancy agreements addressing issues like smoking or noise as needed. Later, you might help some young residents prepare healthy snacks for a group movie night, creating a sense of community and fun. Throughout the night, you''ll be available to provide emotional support, de-escalate tense situations, and respond to any emergencies.
