You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.Bridgend Dialysis Unit is a brand-new clinic opening very soon. It will operate 21 haemodialysis stations, serving between 60 and 80 patients. Nursing is planned at a ratio of 1:3 patients.This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours a week.
