We are partnering with a prestigious, independent letting agency based in Ashby de-la Zouch, currently seeking a customer focused and organised admin assistant to join their Property Management team.This role will require someone who is very organised, outgoing and strong interpersonal skills. You will be handling all administration processes and supporting the Property Management team alongside liaising with the Tenants, Landlords and other internal departments.You will sit within a fast paced, friendly and experienced team.Your duties will include (not limited to):Coordinate with the Property Management team with any support they requireLiaise with tenants and landlords on any issuesCoordinate with maintenance and contractors on any issuesProducing property inspections and reportingDeal with enquiries from tenants, clients, solicitors, local authoritiesTake any inbound calls or email queries for the property management teamDocument management and compliance for property profileProperty management tenant documentationSkills and experience required:Proven coordination and administration experience Great verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer services skillsMotivated individual who demonstrates initiativeExcellent organisational skills and time managementPc literate and confident in various software packages.Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively in a busy environmentSalary: 11.44 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 15:00pm ..... full job details .....
