The ideal candidate will be organised, confident, and personable, with a love for the curriculum content and the ability to inspire students to share their passion.

The MFL Role:

• Deliver engaging MFL lessons at KS3/4 and 5, with experience being an advantage
• Create innovative lesson plans to motivate and build studentsandrsquo; confidence in French or Spanish speaking, listening, and writing skills
• Make the subject of French or Spanish fun and exciting for students
• Challenge and adapt lessons to suit all abilities
• Provide opportunities for review, extension tasks, and class discussions

Requirements:

• Passion for French or Spanish
• Excellent subject knowledge
• Experience teaching in a secondary school
• Relevant qualification - NQT/QTS/Trained Overseas
• Fluency in French or Spanish (C2) or similar
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective organisational skills
