Key Responsibilities: Sales Ledger Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales ledger. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and income collection. Manage credit control processes and resolve queries regarding income invoices. Banking and Cash Administration Monitor and record cash transactions promptly. Ensure compliance with cash handling policies, including managing petty cash and reconciliations. Purchase Ledger Manage purchase ledger operations and weekly payment runs. Reconcile supplier statements and aged creditor reports. Ensure all non-payroll costs comply with internal policies and controls. Management Accounts Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and reconciliations. Post accurate journal entries and review ledger activity to meet month-end deadlines.
