Job Overview: They are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating effective communication across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the document control system to ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.Coordinate the submission, distribution, and tracking of documents including drawings, specifications, and reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding document management.Assist project teams in the preparation and submission of documents to clients and stakeholders.Monitor and report on document status and discrepancies to project managers.Maintain a clear filing system, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.Provide training and support to project staff on document control processes and software.Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate documentation flow.Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
