Technical Support Manager Position OverviewOversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of facade systems supplied by the company.Provide technical support and guidance on site for facade-related products supplied.Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to coordinate and optimise installation processes.Troubleshoot complex technical issues on site, offering timely and effective solutions.Develop and implement training programs for site teams to enhance their technical skills and product knowledge.Support customers with toolbox talks and pre-start site meetings.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements, new materials, and technological innovations.Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Manage customer relationships through regular updates and follow-up on concerns.Liaise with our suppliers to upskill and increase product and system knowledge to further help site teams.Engage with and support the NPD process using extensive on-site experience.
