Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a teaching assistant to support a class in year 3 at a school based in Brent. This is a long-term role to start in September. You will be required to be a key member of staff by ensuring the development and attainment of the class is at its highest calibre whilst working alongside the brilliant class teacherYou will be required to assist with any behaviour difficulties in the class but ensure the children get the essential guidance to remain focused on the tasks assigned by the teacher.
