Mechanical Project Manager: Birmingham : £40,000 to £70,000 + Car/Allowance Your new company A well-established organisation with over 15 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential projects, typically ranging from £2 million to £9 million in value. The company is known for its strong emphasis on quality and innovation in design and construction. Your new role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project programme for work on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will establish excellent working partnerships with suppliers, sub-contractors, clients, and all other stakeholders. Your role will also involve ensuring the quality of service and safety is paramount at all times, as well as project management including estimation.Main Tasks and Duties:Initial Site Set Up:Liaise on site with the Design and Estimation Engineer to examine design and formulate requirements to ensure work on site runs smoothly and efficiently.Manage site set up once the design package is agreed.Ensure the site is set up within the main contractor or sub-contractors.Arrange and attend any pre-site meetings considered necessary.Ensure the creation and management of the project programme.Ensure Health, Safety and Welfare is applicable and sufficient for the site, including Site Specific Risk Assessment and production of Method Statement.Ensure sufficient supply of labour to meet programming.Liaise with the Site Manager.Ensure site ..... full job details .....
