Joining a well-established professional Construction Consultancy as a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing costs and ensuring the financial success of diverse construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Conducting cost estimation, cost planning, and cost analysis for assigned projects. Managing tender processes and contract administration. Monitoring project progress to ensure financial control and budget adherence. Providing expert advice on procurement strategies and contract types. Collaborating with stakeholders to optimise project outcomes and mitigate risks. Requirements: Chartered Quantity Surveyor status (MRICS or equivalent). Proven experience in quantity surveying within residential, sports and leisure, and or heritage project sectors. Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement methods. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/flexible working environment. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
