Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge to work for a well-established company?This is an exciting new opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a company based in Brighton on a permanent basis. They have an office in Central Brighton and Portslade, and you will be based in both locations. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. This role offers hybrid working and free on site parking.Duties will include but not be limited to:Ensuring the company is following current policies and procedures in line with current legal requirements and regulationsResponsible for the development of HR Advisors and providing additional support to the HR team when requiredCompleting HR inductions for all new employees, as well as exit interviews and off-boarding procedures for leaversProviding training and coaching to managers to ensure the continuous development of employees for the businessInvestigating complaints and grievances when required and following up with the Chief People Officer if requiredSupporting the Chief People Officer with increasing business performanceMaintaining employee records and ensuring GDPR is adhered to at all timesOverseeing employment programmes to support staffing training and working with HR Advisors to ensure the recruitment process is effectiveLiaising with third parties where requiredTo be successful for this position, you must have proven HR management or leadership experience and be CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 would be ..... full job details .....
