HR Manager Hallmark Engineering Group (EES Solutions and Hadfield Services) Location: Coventry and Burton on Trent, ideally you will be based between both locations and have the ability to spend 2 days per week at each site and one day WFH. Reporting To: CEO Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £40-£45K/annually We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and shape the People function across Hallmark Engineering Group. This is a standalone role offering the opportunity to make a strategic and operational impact in a growing company, supporting our diverse group of companies, including EES Solutions and Hadfield Services. As HR Manager, you will implement the People agenda, driving employee engagement, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring HR practices align with our business objectives. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle. With a large contractor base and a dynamic workforce, you will manage complex HR processes, compliance, and support the development of innovative People strategies that put employees at the heart of everything we do.
