Role: Associate Electrical Engineer (Building Services)Location: Nottingham AreaSalary: 65000 - 75000 (Negotiable)OverviewI am working with a Nottingham-based client of mine who are seeking an Associate level Electrical Engineer. They have recently secured a huge multi-use scheme and a NDA project worth close to 400mil. Their other projects include Various decarbonization feasibilities, new build Hospitals, Schools and Hotels. They work across all RIBA stages whilst getting involved in site surveys and feasibility reports on site.You''ll be overseeing a team of 2 Electrical Engineers Answering questions, QAing work etc) whilst focusing on the technical delivery of projects.There is no requirement to win work but there is a bonus scheme in place if you do. For example, if you bring in a new client you will receive 2% of the first 12 months income from that client. There is also a shared success bonus of 3% salary bonus paid out yearly. This significantly supplements your earning potential.Despite being primarily WFH (1 day in office a month), the Nottingham office hosts around 6 socials a year including a big company conference with their Manchester and Birmingham office.
