This role is crucial in achieving budget, time, and quality targets while managing customer and stakeholder interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property, development, or construction, with a keen understanding of building safety regulations.Day-to-day of the role:Support the Building Safety Delivery Manager in all phases of fire safety remediation projects, from inception to completion.Assist in preparing business cases, capital budgets, revenue forecasts, cash flow forecasts, and work programmes, ensuring projects align with agreed policies and procedures.Manage the delivery of remediation projects within set budgets, timelines, and quality standards.Identify and manage risks, monitor work programmes against project plans, and implement necessary corrective actions.Develop and implement communication plans for projects, including detailed resident consultation strategies.Work with the Procurement team to appoint and manage consultants and contractors, ensuring a strong commercial approach.Provide data and survey information as required by relevant authorities.Prepare management reports, including financial ..... full job details .....
