About The Opportunity
Programmed are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our high-performing and motivated technology team in Melbourne. Situated in our state-of-the-art office located in acclaimed Collins Square in Docklands, this new role will be pivotal in overseeing our new customer portal for our national facility management contracts. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and external clients and partners to ensure seamless integration of systems, applications, and data flows

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for integrations between systems and applications.
- Design integration solutions and strategies that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Document integration processes, data mappings and technical specifications comprehensively.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of integrations to ensure seamless data flow and minimal disruption.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure buy in for all future business processes.
- Demonstrate good consulting skills with an ability to drive presentations and workshops for business process evaluation and alignment.
- Exhibit exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to understand issues and advise the stakeholders on possible solutions/outcomes to resolve those and deliver business value
About you
To excel in this position, you will have previous experience as a Business Analyst and a drive for process improvement. Previous experience on integration projects and familiarity with SOAP XML / REST JSON APIs would be highly advantageous Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Qualification in IT or Business systems is desirable
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills ensuring efficient task prioritization
- Strong project execution skills and familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Focused on upskilling, continuous development, training and self-improvement.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite
