Facilities Manager - London Centric Salary: 47,000 - 52,000 + bonusEnergi People are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established Property Management organisation who are looking for a Facilities Manager to their growing team in Central London.This exciting job opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Facilities Manager with knowledge and experience in managing a multi-site, mixed-used development, overseeing hard and soft service, within a managing agent capacity.As the Facilities Manager you will need to demonstrate a track record of managing 3rd party suppliers, implementing health, safety and compliance across multiple site as well as be able to create and manage the whole service charge budgets.
