Key ResponsibilitiesYour main duties will consist of (and are not limited to):Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to ensure seamless flow and maintenance of employee data, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.Payroll Management: Oversee the entire payroll process from start to finish, including RTI filing, pension uploads, and generating reports for payments and third-party entities.Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records and a robust document control system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a full audit trail of input.Compliance: Stay up-to-date with company policies and tax legislation impacting payroll, ensuring adherence and compliance at all times.Financial Reporting: Prepare month-end journals and reports as needed for posting and audit purposes, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.CIS Submissions: Prepare and submit CIS submissions.Team Training: Train and oversee junior members of the payroll team.RequirementsExperience: Proven experience in payroll administration, ..... full job details .....
