Assessment: Monitor and assess students'' progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and celebrate achievements. Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on students'' development and well-being. Qualifications and Skills: Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have relevant qualifications in Early Years Education.
