Working alongside a supportive team. You will have previous recruitment experience with a sound knowledge of business development, account management and working to targets. You will be highly motivated and enjoy working to build successful long standing relationships with candidates and clients. Duties of Recruitment Consultant: Business development via a range of methods to include direct sales as well as online and offline engagement. Generating sales leads via research and networking. Supporting clients through the recruitment process, providing sound industry knowledge and guidelines. Successful Account Management of new and existing clients to foster strong relationships. Candidate sourcing utilising a range of methods to include job boards, advertising and headhunting techniques. Registering and interviewing candidates, both over the telephone and face-to-face.
