FINTEC recruit is supporting recruitment for a Senior Project Surveyor with an established consultancy business. This is a permanent position with salary up to circa £70,000 plus car allowance and benefits. This is based in London covering aspects of project delivery, working closely with clients, designers, contractors and internal teams working across various sectors such as retail, commercial, office, leisure, residential. Responsibilities: • Undertaking feasibility estimates, cost planning and preparing tendering • Oversee pre and post contracts, dealing with valuation, cost reporting and final accounts • Lead on design reviews, value manage and contract negotiations • Attend client meetings Skills and experience required for the Senior Project Surveyor role:- • Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field • 6 years experience in a consultancy work environment • Hold MRICS or willing to work towards this • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes • Good project management and leadership skills Full details of the Senior Project Surveyor role is available on application.
