They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This is a full time, permanent role attracting a salary of up to 60,000 plus benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions, driving financial performance through PandL management and optimising operational processes. This role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes. Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
