4Recruitment Services are seeking a Senior Housing Compliance Lead to assist our housing association client based in Pitsea, Basildon. The client will allow hybrid working with 2 days in the office.The role will focus on managing and co-ordinating all determinations received by the Housing Ombudsman and ensuring that all orders are complied with on time. This includes liaising directly with the Housing Ombudsman, residents and internal staff to ensure deadlines are met. All aspects of the role are to support the compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code and provide a dedicated focus on these areas to ensure that the best service we can provide to the Housing Ombudsman and our residents is delivered. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Meet all targets in providing evidence of compliance for determinations received information by the Housing Ombudsman Manage all contacts received from the Housing Ombudsman service including queries and questions they may send. Ensure that all determinations are logged accurately on chosen system in a timely manner Promoting the good practice of the complaints policy and procedure to all staff Identify potential reputation risks and work with operational and communications teams to take mitigating action ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrable experience of complaint handling and working in a complaint environment Very good knowledge of the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code Excellent communication skills both ..... full job details .....
