We require a Sous chef for our award-winning Hotel, Restaurant and Bar. We are proud that the Restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosette and has also held a coveted Michelin Bib Gourmand for creative food over the past four consecutive years.

Good food coupled with relaxed informal dining is at the heart of the Hotel. We try to keep our food offering as 'local' as possible and work with a multitude of island suppliers. The style is very Modern British with our own regional Isle of Wight twist. Our Head Chef works hand-in-hand with many local producers crafting dishes such as Green Barn Farm Goats Cheese Souffle with Watercress Veloute that is simply a taste of the Wight.
We are looking for a creative, organised and dedicated Sous Chef who can help push our food offering to the next level. You will be part of a team of 8 chefs. Ideally, you would have several years’ experience in a professional kitchen, serving food to a 1 or 2 Rosette standard, but we are talking to anyone who is passionate and can lead a team.
