Job Purpose and Scope: • To provide an effective and efficient service to meet agreed Service Level Agreements and contractual KPIs. • Support school/academy/college ICT services by providing on-site technical support across multiple sites, managing the resolution of incidents and service requests in line with agreed processes and procedures. • Utilise LLICT service desk system and all other associated tools and utilities in order to provide an appropriate level of support to meet client requirements. • Coordinate with school/academy/college representatives, internal ICT support teams, third party suppliers and Facilities Management representatives as appropriate as per ICT Managed Service contract. Essential criteria: • Proven ability to build and manage relationships • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Excellent verbal communication skills • Good writing and documentation skills • The ability to work in a team and as an individual • The ability to follow a structured approach to service delivery • Proven ability to build relationships and influence individuals at all levels of the organization • Working knowledge of change and service management principles • Ensure his working environment remains Incident and injury Free Desirable criteria: • Knowledge of the ICT role in delivering the education curriculum • FITS/ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
